1. Device Purchase Refunds

2. PDO Registration Fee

The PDO registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative costs, verification processes, and training materials provided.

3. Internet Pack Refunds

3.1 Prepaid Packs

  • No refunds for unused data after pack expiration
  • Partial refunds only for technical issues preventing service usage
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase

3.2 Recharge Refunds

  • Refunds for failed recharges processed automatically within 7 working days
  • Manual refund requests require transaction proof
  • Processing time: 10-15 working days

  • Bank Transfer: Additional 2-3 working days
  • Total Timeline: 10-15 working days typically
