1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GraminWifi's services as a Public Data Office (PDO) or end-user, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. PM-WANI PDOA Services

2.1 PDO Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a PDO
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must comply with all PM-WANI regulations and guidelines
• GraminWifi reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion

2.2 PDO Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records as required by PM-WANI framework
• Provide reliable internet service to end-users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the provided equipment in good condition
• Report any technical issues promptly

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Revenue Sharing

• Revenue sharing percentage will be as per the agreement signed during registration
• Payments will be made monthly within 15 days of month-end
• Tax deductions will be made as per applicable laws

3.2 Device Payments

• Device costs must be paid in advance
• Refund policy applies as per our refund policy document
• Warranty terms are specified in the device documentation

4. Intellectual Property

The GraminWifi name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of OvoServe Web Services Pvt Ltd. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GraminWifi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
